The composition for this petroglyph used two intersecting triangle to ground and balance the composition. This sailboat serves as the apex of the lower triangle. Interestingly, it is a consistent favorite.

This was the first image on the lower half of the petroglyph that I carved. The stone has varying tensile strengths which made it hard to carve. It seems where the water flows, the stone turns almost to clay.
