Fish Drying Operation

I thought these were eels drying, but I learned that they are cut wolf fish (a.k.a. ‘cat fish’ and ‘devil fish’)

There is a little cod drying here, but mostly it is wolf fish, or ‘cat fish’ . Fresh it is delicious, have not had it dried…yet.
