In Iceland on the side of a mountain, a train of five unlikely confidants are found marching toward the water adorned by the beautiful greenery Iceland is so well-known for. The fulmar leads the terns which act as a police escort for the rider and pony on tolt, all native Icelandic fauna. Where they march we do not know, but their presence brings a bold examination of the tranquility present on the Icelandic mountainside that will last forever. After finishing these carvings, Impressions were made using different molding processes, producing a range of tonality across the different iterations, which were then displayed at Project: ARTspace which can be explored in the "Works On Paper" database here.
