We hope you love your artwork, so we offer a 7-day return policy on all original pieces, allowing you to return your purchase for a refund (minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping) if you are not completely satisfied, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, contact us immediately with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs; we will handle all necessary claims with the carrier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer; please ensure the artwork is carefully repackaged as received to prevent damage during transit.
