This piece was made on 2010-11-11 while working on the Slit in Sumatra, MT
DETAILS:
The paper is Rives Buff Lightweight which is Nice yellow color. This paper tears easily, and is not well suited to dramatic topography., and the colors are the best quality artist's pigments only.
This impression is a Image only inked type which means the background is left blank while the image is inked. The process is a cross between intaglio and woodblock.
